Had 2 new front tyres fitted. On arriving home, low tyre warning showed both rear tyres were very low. I'd have thought a company like BMW would have checked all tyres particularly as I asked them to be tracked and balanced.

Not happy with the fault developing. Very unhappy that I bought the car at the Bishop's Stortford branch of Group 1 but was not told they would be closing down a couple of weeks later. Bringing the car to Chelmsford is problematic for me.

No issues regarding the service. We live one hour away from service centre. They had the car all day and rang once it was ready meaning we got there just before closing. A earlier phone call would have been appreciated.
