Although the service was done promptly, bolts were left off one of the trays on the underside of the car, which fell off on my way home. Many phone calls later my car was collected to be fixed. I was promised a refill of petrol, which did not happen.

When I booked on line I was told that there was no charge for this service which was confirmed by email on 1st April. I was surprised to say the least to be charged £640.63. The dealer simply said they did not understand why I had been told that.
