The appointment I made with the central booking team was not passed on to Chelmsford so they were not expecting me further more. I was promoted a car by central booking which was not booked. This was very very inconvenient Chelmsford found me car

Generally pleased with the actual service of the vehicle but when I arrived to drop the car off for it to be serviced my booking was missing from the printed log of vehicles coming in that day. I was also told that I would get a phone call later that

Booked online and received email confirmation, I requested twice a call to discuss works/price but received no call. On arrival was told I wasn't booked in!

I wanted to change both front tires but that was not done. I waited all day as I've been told that it's all day service which I was not informed before and at the end at 1730pm I was told that only one tire was changed and the car was not washed well
