Booking the service was chaotic . lack of communication between the staff Initially I arranged a pickup date 20th May On the 20th I phoned BMW for the time of collection; to be told that they do NOT DO Collections and bring it in!! by 9.00am!!

I would like to report that I experienced some issues when collecting the car. There were a few scratches on the back of the vehicle, and I was informed that attempts had been made to fix them. I tried to speak with the manager few times afterwards

When I booked on line I was told that there was no charge for this service which was confirmed by email on 1st April. I was surprised to say the least to be charged £640.63. The dealer simply said they did not understand why I had been told that.

Overall it was fine. Can't fault the MOT or complimentary car clean. Only issue is I called up around 4pm asking if car was ready, I was told it was ready. When I arrived around 4:30, I was told it's not ready and had to wait 40 minutes.
