The front washers on my X3 stopped working a few days before going on holiday. The service dept got me booked in for a 'while you wait' appointment, the repairs were completed before our holiday. Big thanks to the service dept at Chelmsford.

Very good. I asked for the car to be ready by 4pm when I booked and when I checked in. This was written on the form at check in too - I was told it shouldn't be a problem & I would get a call - but I didn't & had to call at 3.50. It had been missed.
